Terms & Conditions Cancellation Agreement
Members must receive a minimum of 3 shipments after which any cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to clubconcierge@50thparallel.com.
Members will get a pre-shipping notice by email 4 weeks prior to shipping date. Additional charges may apply for shipping to rural locations. Incremental case discount only applies when added in increments of 6 to scheduled Unparalleled Club shipments. Incremental orders must be received at least 30 days prior to shipping date.
On-site discount only on items purchased by and picked up in person by Unparalleled Club member.
Crush Pad Lounge tastings, tours and event bookings are based on availability and advance booking. Members of The Unparalleled Club member must be present.
Memberships may be cancelled at any time after the third shipment. Member charges/cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted) at least four weeks prior to the next shipment.
Members of The Unparalleled Club can pick up wine shipments at the 50th Parallel Tasting Room free of charge.
There are no substitutions allowed for regular wine club shipment selections.
We regret that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or the United States. Business address’s are preferred to ensure safe and secure delivery of a shipment.
50th Parallel Estate Winery will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or re-shipped wines.
Membership is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash and all members must be of legal drinking age.
Due to wine vintage variation, 50th Parallel Estate reserves the right to change wines, price or allocations without notice.
Please notify us of any change in contact details as shipments delivered to incorrect addresses will result in additional charges.
